Last year Gesy and his team did a complete remodel of our guest bathroom. They did an excellent job. We called him back this year to do our son's bathroom. Again, they did an excellent job. They pay great attention to every detail. Every tile is cut and placed perfectly! The vanity we picked did not line up with the plumbing in the wall and they were able to do some very tight cuts and adjusted the pipes. This remodel was not an easy one, everthinig was a tight fit. We love the outcome! They clean up everyday, no mess left behind. They even put paper over the floor as to not damage it as they walked in and out of our home. Jess and his team were extremely professional, accommodating and careful throughout the entire shower project. They covered the carpeted areas in the house with plastic sheets and set up plastic barriers to protect the bedroom from demolition dust. We were also impressed with how clean they left the work area at the end of each day. We live on the fifth floor in a condo; Jess was careful with waterproofing the floors and walls. Tampa Bay K&B Design is the Best! I would give them 6 stars if I could! I had met several contractors to get estimate and ideas for my 2 bathrooms remodel and flooring installation, but no one met my needs, until a restoration guy recommended Tampa Bay K&B Design to me. To be honest I was skeptical at the beginning. But after reading all the awesome positive reviews, I decided to go with this company. Jess was very professional and knowledgeable. He spent times to listen to my plan and took extra time to provide ideas. He provided a detailed breakdown of the renovation process and a fair price.
