Jess and his team were extremely professional, accommodating and careful throughout the entire shower project. They covered the carpeted areas in the house with plastic sheets and set up plastic barriers to protect the bedroom from demolition dust. We were also impressed with how clean they left the work area at the end of each day. We live on the fifth floor in a condo; Jess was careful with waterproofing the floors and walls. I had met several contractors to get estimate and ideas for my 2 bathrooms remodel and flooring installation, but no one met my needs, until a restoration guy recommended Tampa Bay K&B Design to me. KB comes with top notch execution and craftsmanship so I was able to order any type of material my heart desired. The Sales Rep met with me at the design studio and provided comprehensive feedback on my choices. Truly a team effort. We did floor to ceiling tile, glass pebble shower pan, master shower set up, invisible toilet with sink tank top. Floors are polished concrete. There is no way I would every hire anyone else.
